Delta Talent, LLC has an opening for a Director of International Portfolio position in Austin, Texas. Duties Include: The Director of International Portfolio at Delta Talent directs the administration and operations of and manages the International Portfolio Department and will be primarily responsible for developing and directing strategic financial planning and real estate investment activities for Delta Talent’s domestic and foreign Mixed Use, Apartments, Retail and Office projects. Occasional international travel is required up to 15% of the time.

Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a Real Estate Development Management-related occupation.
