This project is composed of two industrial buildings totaling 220,000 square feet of warehouse space in the intersection of Loop 410 and I-10. This intersection in San Antonio, TX has drawn many distribution companies since it connects to Houston via W I-10 and Austin/Dallas via N 1-35.
